A well designed website has information and navigation laid out in a logical, consistent manner. Your website should be more than just attractive, it should be a valuable source of information. Creating visitor confidence in your product, information or service is essential if you want them to purchase from your website.
Before starting a website you should sit down and write down your requirements. You should know the goal of your site, your budget, your audience, required features and functionality. Its also best to look at other sites similar in size to what you want, similar look and feel to what you want, visit your competitors sites, so you can plan your site and arrange your content.
Profile, News, Information or General Websites
I can offer professional website design or from a template from one of the worlds leading template vendors. All my websites are built with either my own customised content management system (CMS) or a popular Open Source CMS that can be customised to your website, using PHP scripting with a MySql database. Adding content to any page is as easy as adding the topic name, writing some text or HTML and uploading an image which is automatically resized to fit the page requirements. Photo gallery, forums, transaction gateways and other applications can easily be integrated. For larger internet shops requiring product inventories and accounting I recommend purchasing a shop application in PHP or ASP.NET.

I can organise all aspects of building a website including purchasing a domain name, website hosting and email setup. I can also host the website on my own platform or work with your web hosting site.

 Nikki Grahame is a celebrity in the UK who rose to fame through a reality TV show Big Brother in 2006. Since the series ended Nikki has been very successful in TV and as a columnist in OK! Magazine in the UK. Nikki needed a profile website detailing her TV and Media achievements through pictures and video, to help her seek work in that area. Nikki also has a lot of fans who can be kept informed of what she is doing by visiting her website. |

 This is a Macro Media Flash site and is the website of Julie Fitzgerald a Colour Co-ordinator. Julie advises on colour schemes for businesses and homes and required a modern looking site. The Flash template was purchased from a Template provider and I tuned it for her needs using her photographs and images. |

 Bob Keast runs a supply company, I had built the initial website in 2003 which had the Exonet system as a backend product inventory/accounting system. Last year Bob upgraded by purchasing a ASP.NET shop application and new product inventory. I was called in to inerface the backend to his existing accounting system Exonet. The site uses ASP.NET and SQL Server stored procedures. |

 NYK Logistics is a global Transport and Logistics Company that I am the current websmaster for the Australian and New Zealand Websites. The Australian website has customer interfaces to systems within the company firewall. I manage and develop website interfaces also B2B interfaces to the companies internal systems using HTTPS post, FTP and Lotus Notes mail attachment stripping and auto entry.

The application interfaces with the conmpanies internnal systems, using ASP/Oracle, ASP.NET/SQL Server, Lotus Notes Database Content management and Cognos Reporting. I have developed a number of data entry applications for SLA KPI's and Reporting. |
